The staff had a good attitude. Early check-in time was great. I had booked three rooms and requested that the rooms be close to each other, which was done. The extra bed was ready quickly. Parking security was acceptable.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Everything went smoothly, from early check-in to late check-out. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. A special thanks to the receptionist, Samet, for his excellent service—he was professional, friendly, and always helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel in general is satisfactory and its facilities are quite good. The night shift manager was a courteous and helpful man, he is serving the guests as best he could. There is a person named Zakaria who is also a good person too.

Restaurant was good and food as well. Spa center is correct ( it includes sauna,swimming pool ,Turkish bath ...)

Worth every cent;; Breakfast nice indoor and outdoor tables, excellent food choice, large, clean well organized SPA, very spacious rooms (connected family rooms are huge, biggest I ever sow in Turkey) very cosy, nice furniture all stylish and new. The view from rooms was very nice (large windows). Indeed this is a 5 stars hotel and if it was in center in turistic area like Taksim or Sultanahmet would be easy double or more the price. All the staff where very professional, helpful, polite. We got very early check in without any problem or extra pay.

Staff are very friendly , Incie one of the staff was very kind, she charges me when I arrived but suddenly she found that Booking.com they already charges me so she called me to inform me and to refund the amount charged by her.

I had a wonderful stay at Gorrion Hotel in Istanbul. The facilities were comfortable and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Special thanks to Inci at reception for her exceptional hospitality and assistance during my visit. Her attention to detail and warm welcome made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!
